Day Three of Krista & Wendy’s christmas collab: diy flocked ornaments

Alrighty friends, this day was a doozy! Gloves. I’ll say it again, GLOVES! We did not have them, and we wish we did. Krista really took one for the team here. She did the bulk of the paint on adhesive and it was sticky, messy and well…her manicure was toast.

We also had a dispenser for the flocking, but opted to do the “shake and bake” method! Where are the 80’s kids? IYKYK!

We LOVE the outcome! It was amazing to see these plastic craft bulbs transform into velvet! Would we do it again? Probably not, but are we glad we did? Yes! YES WE ARE!
